微穿孔板—蜂窝夹芯复合结构的隔声性能

Sound Insulation Property of the Composite Structure withMicro-perforated Panels and Honeycomb Core

摘要: 对微穿孔板和铝蜂窝芯的复合结构,测定其具有不同参数的隔声性能。在该结构中加入GSGN薄膜和木屑板,制备出新型轻质隔声复合结构板,计权隔声量为58.41 dB,密度仅为0.037 g/mm3,达到了轻质高效隔声的目的。预期该新型复合结构板可应用于建筑材料和声屏障上,可提高结构的隔声降噪能力,改善居民生活环境质量。

Abstract: Abstract: The sandwich panels made up of aluminum honeycomb, micro perforated panel, GSGN film, and sawdust-board were prepared respectively. Their sound proof properties of different structural parameters of the honeycomb cores and microperforated panel were measured. The result showe that sound insulation index reached 58.41 dB and density only has 0.37 g/mm3. The experiment obtains the anticipanted results with low density. It’s expected that the noise of the traffic can be greatly reduced if these composite structure are applied, and the quality of comfort can be greatly improved.
