发动机进气系统性能仿真及降噪优化

Performance Simulation and Noise Reduction of Engine Intake System

摘要: 在GT-Power中建立某发动机进气系统性能仿真模型,针对阶次声压级下个别转速进气口噪声高于目标噪声的问题进行优化,结构上增加空气滤清器容积,调整赫姆霍兹谐振腔和1/4波长管参数。仿真结果表明,优化后的进气口噪声总声压级和阶次声压级均低于目标限值,进气压降也满足不高于2.5 kPa的要求,发动机噪声有明显改善。

Abstract: Performance simulation and optimization of noise reduction of engine’s intake system are researched in this paper. The models for simulating the intake system performance are established by GT-Power. Due to the problem that the noise in inlet port is higher than the target noise at some individual rotary speeds under the Sound Pressure Level (SPL) of order, the volume of air-filter is increased, and the parameters of Helmholtz resonator and 1/4 wavelength pipe are adjusted. The results of simulation verify that after optimization the total SPL and the SPL of order in the inlet port are lower than the target noise, and the pressure loss is less than 2.5kPa, which means that the engine noise is reduced significantly.
