摘要:

悬臂式动力吸振器的质量块难以满足质点假设的问题,在考虑了悬臂式动力吸振器质量块和悬臂梁的质量分布特性后,分析了质量块对悬臂梁刚度的影响,得到一种计算动力吸振器特性的分布质量模型。由工程中动力吸振器的设计约束,对所提模型的参数进行了简化,避免求解超越方程,由吸振器设计目标反向确定设计参数。数值算例表明,所提模型的精度较集中质量模型显著提高。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem that mass block of cantilever beam-type dynamic vibration absorber rarely meet the lumped mass assumption, this paper proposed a distributed mass model of cantilever beam-type dynamic vibration absorber. The method had considered the mass distribution characteristics of mass block and the influence on the stiffness of cantilever beam by mass block. Based on design constraints in engineering, parameters in the proposed model has been simplified, and the design parameters can be reversely determinated by design objectives without solving transcendental equation. Numerical examples show that the proposed model is significantly more accurate than lumped mass model.
