风力机现场动平衡的信号预处理方法研究

摘要:

针对风力机现场动平衡中叶轮转速波动的工况特点,提出一种依据转速信号对振动信号进行整周期截取合并的信号预处理方法。此方法解决动平衡中振动幅值和相位的跳动问题,提高配重计算的稳定性和准确性。利用Lab Windows/CVI设计出基于此方法的动平衡数据采集处理软件,采用多线程技术对软件整体架构进行设计,提高软件的实时性与可靠性。经外场实测验证,该方法提高现场动平衡的效率,具有一定的工程应用价值。

Abstract:

According to the fluctuation of blade rotating speed of wind turbine in dynamic balance, the signal preprocessing method of making interception and combination of integral period on the basis of rotating speed signal was developed in this paper. It solved the jump of phase and amplitude, thus improved stability and accuracy of balance weight computation. The software which combined continuous acquisition and this method was designed based on Lab Windows/CVI, and improved the real-time and reliability with Using Multithreading to design the architecture. Through the test, it improved the efficiency of dynamic balance in situ, and has certain engineering application value.
