不同内插管扩张式消声器声学性能分析

摘要:

重点介绍带内插管扩张式消声器的声学性能,采用有限元方法计算扩张式消声器的传递损失,分析不带内插管与带内插管扩张式消声器的区别,并且比较不同内插管结构形式对扩张式消声器声学性能的影响。计算表明,无内插管时扩张式消声器存在许多通过频率,在通过频率消声量为零,增加内插管后可以消除某些通过频率。在保证通流面积一定的情况下,采用多个内插管并联结构,在高频时声学性能有较大改善。

Abstract:

This article focuses on acoustic performance of expansion chamber mufflers with intubation pipes, Transmission losses of expansion muffler is obtained by using the finite element method, the difference was analyzed with intubation expansion muffler and without intubation, and the influence on acoustic performance with different intubation structure is compared. The calculation suggests that there is no noise reduction for some pass frequency without intubation expansion muffler, and it can eliminate these pass frequency increase intubation. When the flow area is maintained constant, the acoustic performance is improved using parallel structure with multiple intubations at high frequency substantially.
