Fault Diagnosis of Rotor Misalignment for Windmill Generators

摘要: 风电技术迅猛发展,风电场风力机故障频发,对风机的安全运行和故障诊断的研究已成为风电技术发展中的重要研究内容。国内对于风力机故障诊断技术的研究尚在起步阶段,且集中于对齿轮箱的研究,对转子不对中故障研究尚少。针对以上问题,用振动测试系统对异常工作风力发电机组进行振动测试,采集振动测试信号,对振动信号进行时域、频域分析,得到机组转子不对中故障信号特征,为风力机转子不对中故障诊断提供依据。

Abstract: With the rapid development of wind power technology, faults of wind turbine happened frequently. The research on the safe operation and the fault diagnosis of the wind turbine has become an important content in wind power technology development. The domestic research on the fault diagnosis technology of wind turbine is still in the initial stage and focus on the gear box a few in rotor misalignment fault. In view of these problems, the acquisition of vibration signal on the abnormal operation wind turbines was completed by the vibration test system and rotor misalignment fault signal was detected by analyzing the vibration signal in time domain and frequency domain. It will make contribution to rotor misalignment fault diagnosis.
