大型冷锯机锯切噪声特性

摘要: 采用非稳态噪声测试和时频细化分析方法进行大型冷锯锯切过程噪声特性研究。对锯切过程不同时段噪声进行测试及对噪声信号剔除背景声后做时频细化分析。分析得出:锯切噪声声压级高、辐射频率时变性强、声能量聚焦于锯切横向且高频突出。该研究结果对复杂机械(风机、压缩机等)运动状态下噪声场的测试、声场特性分析及其噪声治理具有重要理论指导和技术支撑。

Abstract: Unsteady noise test technology and time-frequency refinement analysis methods were used to investigate the cutting noise characteristics of the larger cold saw. The noises in different time-intervals in sawing process were tested. Then, by eliminating the background noise, the cutting noise characteristics were analyzed by the time-frequency refinement analysis method. The results show that the sawing sound field has higher sound pressure level, the radiation frequency has stronger time-varying performance, the sound energy is focused on the lateral direction of the cutting, and high-frequency is very obvious in the noise. This work may provide a technical support for noise test, sound field characteristics analysis and noise control of some complex machines such as fans, compressors, etc.
