航空发动机整机振动信号分析

摘要: 为了解决航空发动机的整机振动分析问题,提出一种基于谐波小波的振动信号分析方法。首选对振动信号进行谐波小波变换,得到信号的时频表示;根据时频图提取信号特征,得到信号的特征频率;根据与基频信号的对比,识别发动机的振动故障类型。实验结果表明,该方法可以准确地识别出发动机的三种典型振动故障。与传统基于小波分析方法相比,基于谐波小波的方法具有更准确的振动故障特征识别能力,适用于振动信号的分析。

Abstract: A method for analyzing whole-body vibration signals of aero-engines was proposed based on harmonic wavelet. Firstly, the vibration signal was processed with harmonic wavelet transformation and the time-frequency presentation was derived. Then, the feature frequency of the vibration signal was obtained based on the presentation. Finally, vibration fault of the aero-engine was identified based on the comparison between the feature frequency and the base frequency. Experiment result shows that the method proposed can identify three classical vibration fault modes accurately. Compared with wavelet analysis method, the method with harmonic wavelet processes has a better performance for identifying vibration fault and is suitable for analyzing vibration signals.
