舱段的声振特性分析和舱壁的振动控制

Analysis of Cabin’s Vibro-acoustic Characteristics and Control of Bulkhead Vibration

摘要:

为降低舱壁振动对圆柱壳舱段声振性能的影响,对舱壁展开结构声学设计,并采用阻尼减振理论措施。在舱壁表面敷设阻尼材料以减小结构振动响应;利用阻抗失配原理,在舱壁根部与壳体连接处添加贴板支撑垫以增大振动波传递损失。采用FEM/BEM法对改进舱壁前后舱段的声振性能进行数值计算,分析舱壁的振动控制效果。结果表明:舱壁敷设阻尼材料和添加贴板支撑垫不仅可有效降低舱段振动和声辐射,也进一步地隔离振动波向舱段壳体的传递,是一种较好的减振降噪措施。

Abstract:

In order to depress effect of bulkhead vibration on cabin’s vibro-acoustic characteristics, structural-acoustic design of bulkhead was done. According to the theory of damping vibration attenuation, bulkhead was coated with viscoelastic layer for reducing vibration response. As to increase transmission loss, attached back-ring plate was layed between bulkhead and shell applying the principle of impedance mismatch. Vibro-acoustic characteristics of cabin were numerical calculated by FEM/BEM and analyzed the bulkhead’s vibration control effect. The results shows that bulkhead coated with viscoelastic layer and added with attached back-ring plate could not only reduce cabin’s vibration and sound radiation effectively, but also isolated the structure-borne sound to the adjacent cabin significantly. It was a better measure for bulkhead’s vibration damping and noise reduction.
