气囊浮筏隔振装置姿态控制问题

Attitude Control of Air Spring Raft Isolation System

摘要: 将气囊隔振器应用于浮筏隔振装置可显著提高低频隔振效果,但隔振元件的三相低频大位移也将带来三相动态平衡欠佳的实际问题,其中一个技术难点在于如何保持筏架姿态平衡。分析引起筏架姿态变化的各类扰动力特点及其影响;研究通过调整气囊压力保持筏架姿态平衡的可行性。结果表明,船体摇摆、装置负载变化及气囊漏气是影响筏架姿态平衡的主要扰动因素,气囊浮筏隔振装置可以通过气压的调整,在扰动力的影响下保持筏架姿态平衡。

Abstract: The isolation performance of raft can be improved greatly when adopting air spring isolators. But how to keep raft attitude balance is a challenge for soft isolation system. The influence on raft attitude is given in detailed based on the analysis of disturbance sources of this raft system. It is a potential approach that adjusts pressure of air springs to keep raft attitude balance. The analysis results show that seaway motion, load fluctuation and air spring leakage are the main disturbance sources. The control approach of raft attitude is proved valid.
