A Method of Eliminating Outliers in Data Processing of Vibration Signal Based on Wavelet Transform

摘要: 在履带车辆振动信号数据处理中,野点的存在会产生虚假的谐频成分。利用小波变换将振动信号分解为近似分量和细节分量,利用莱特准则对细节分量进行野值判别,然后用加权系数法计算新的值替代含野值的细节分量,重构信号。试验数据处理结果表明,该方法能最大保留有用信号信息,实现野值剔除。

Abstract: n tracked vehicle vibration signal data processing, the existence of outliers can produce false harmonic frequency components. By using wavelet transformation vibration signal is decomposed into approximate components and details components. With the Wright standards and the characteristics of outlier’s wavelet coefficients, outlier’s details components are replaced by new details components, which are calculated by weighting coefficient method. The outliers are removed and signal is reconstructed. Test data processing results show that the new method can maximum retain the useful signal information, realizing the outliers eliminate.
