白车身结构NVH优化技术研究

Research on NVH Optimization Technique of  Body-in-White Structures

摘要:

设计了一套以提高汽车NVH性能为目的的结构优化流程,期望通过较小的零部件改动,达到较大的汽车NVH性能的改进。以某商用车为例,首先通过试验和计算模态分析、模态灵敏度分析及板块声学贡献量分析等找到影响车身NVH性能较大的薄弱部件。其次针对不同的部件,提出相适应的结构优化方法。选取车顶棚部件为优化对象,提出易于实现的形貌优化方案,实现了白车身模态及NVH性能的提高。

Abstract:

In order to improve the performance of noise, vibration & harshness (NVH) of a full vehicle, a structure optimization process is proposed, expecting to achieve a large improvement on NVH performance by making a minor modification to the vehicle. As an example, a commercial vehicle is used to perform this process. Initially, modal analysis, sensitivity analysis, panel acoustic contribution and structural - acoustic analysis, etc. are used to find parts which significantly affect vehicle NVH performance. In the second stage, according to different parts, the corresponding structure optimization method is proposed. Based on the structure analysis of the roof, a corresponding topology optimization solution is presented, by which the natural frequencies and the NVH performance of BIW can be improved.
