In order to predict the vibration isolation capability of towed line array vibration isolation modules, a planar fluid-structure coupling model of the array is constructed by means of ANSYS code. And the vibration isolation capability is calculated with the consideration of the influence of the load (acoustic module) on the vibration isolation modules. Pseudo-parallel improved genetic algorithm and ANSYS’s parameterized design language APDL are combined to realize the optimization of the main parameters of the vibration isolation modules. And the optimal values of internal oil density, optimal elastic moduli of hull and the components of the isolation modules for 20Hz and 40 Hz exciting frequencies are obtained. This work provides a reference for improving the performance of vibration isolation modules.

In order to investigate the influence of vibration isolation system parameters of towed array sonar on its vibration isolation effect,a three-dimensional fluid-structure coupling field model is constructed by means of ANSYS. The influence of vibration isolation is calculated by using material parameters of the vibration isolation system. Numerical simulation results are compared with experimental results. Results of the parameter calculation provide a base for the study of vibration capabilities of the isolation system. The results and conclusions have reference values for improving the capability of the vibration isolation system.

Transformer is an important equipment of warship’s electrical system. In this paper, the finite element model of a warships transformer is established by means of the ANSYS code. The structural vibration modes of the transformer are obtained through the modal analysis. The rationality of the model is verified. Then, transformers shock load is studied and shock load resistance is analyzed. The time and location for the maximum stress are determined through the transient response analysis. This work is beneficial for further study on antishock property of warships transformers.
