《螺栓法兰连接结构的振动仿真分析》

Abstract: Using ANSYS code, a 1/8cycle symmetric 3D nonlinear finite element model of boltsflange connection structure is established. Nonlinear transient dynamic analysis is done for the model with three different tightening torques under sinusoidal excitation. Using ANSYS postprocessing, the acceleration signals and signal differences of the pairs of nodes on the top and at the bottom of the flange near the bolt are obtained. The simulation data is compared with experimental data and the relationship between the tightening torques and the signals is acquired. The comparison result ensures the reliability of the finite element model.

摘要: 利用ANSYS动力学分析软件建立了螺栓法兰连接结构的1/8循环对称三维非线性有限元模型,在正弦激励下对三种不同预紧力矩情况下的模型进行了瞬态动力学分析。通过ANSYS后处理对稳态响应位移信号进行微分处理得出了螺栓附近法兰上下对应节点加速度信号以及差值信号,与实验数据进行对比验证,得出预紧程度与信号的相互关系,确定所建有限元模型是可靠的。
