发动机悬置系统隔振性能仿真与优化

Abstract: Abstract:In this paper,a study on an inline-four diesel engine mounting system is conducted.Using the dynamics simulation software for internal combustion engine named GT-CRANK,a virtual ptototype model of engine mounting system is set up.Then the vibration isolation performance of the mouting system is simulated under differernt schemes of mount stiffness.The law that how the variation of mount stiffness in differert directions influences the vibration isolation performance of the mounting system is found after analyzing the simulation result.Ultimately,combined with the influence law ,the optimization of the mount stiffness is conducted to improve the mounting system performance of vibration isolation.

摘要: 以某款直列四缸柴油发动机悬置系统为研究对象,为解决发动机在怠速工况下振动过大的问题,借助内燃机动力学仿真软件GT-CRANK,建立悬置系统虚拟样机模型,在不同悬置刚度下对悬置系统的隔振性能进行仿真分析,得到不同方向悬置刚度的变化对悬置系统隔振性能的影响规律,提出合理的优化方案。在满足悬置系统固有频率合理匹配及悬置限位要求的约束条件下,对原悬置系统进行优化设计。优化后,加速度的平均隔振率由优化前82.34 %提高到优化后的88.74 %,悬置系统的隔振性能得到改善。
