Identification of Excavator Cab’s Noise Source Based on Partial Coherence Analysis

采用偏相干分析方法识别挖掘机驾驶室的噪声源

Abstract: Since hydraulic excavator consists of many controlling and operating components, it has lots of noise sources, and the major noise sources are relevant. So, it is appropriate to identify the noise source of the hydraulic excavator using the partial coherence analysis. In this paper, a multi-input and single-output noise source identification model is firstly established, and then an algorithm is developed for the calculation of the partial coherence function based on Matlab. Finally, an experiment is carried out with an actual hydraulic excavator. In the experiment the main sources influencing the noise at the driver’s right-ear are identified using the partial coherence analysis. This work provides some guidance for further study of vibration and noise reduction of the excavator.

摘要: 液压挖掘机的控制和运转部件较多,其结构特点决定了噪声源的错纵复杂,而且各主要噪声源具有相关性。因此,采用偏相干分析方法可对液压挖掘机进行噪声源识别研究。首先建立挖掘机的多输入单输出噪声源识别模型,然后用Matlab编制偏相干函数计算的程序,最后以某型液压挖掘机为例进行试验研究。在实验中基于偏相干分析可确定影响驾驶室司机右耳噪声的主要噪声源。
