Abstract:
The operating performance and vibration of the motor respectively affect the power and comfort of electric vehicles. Many scholars have only conducted individual studies on the operating performance or vibration performance. In this paper, the operation performance and vibration response of 8-pole 48 slot synchronous motor are analyzed by numerical method. Firstly, the two-dimensional finite element model is established and verified. Then the operation performance and analysis are carried out. The output power is efficient but its rotational pulsation is serious, which is about 27.12%. Finally, the vibration analysis and harmonic response analysis are carried out and it is found that at 2400Hz and 4000Hz which is close to the third and fourth natural frequencies of the motor stator mode. The displacement of the tooth tip vibration is serious and the vibration cloud diagram are obtained.

驱动电机的运行性能和振动分别影响电动汽车的动力性和乘坐舒适性。有较多学者对电机运行性能和振动性能只进行了单独研究。本文采用数值计算方法分析8极48槽同步电机的运行性能和振动响应。先建立二维有限元模型并验证模型正确性;然后进行运行性能和分析,发现其输出功率效较高,但其转脉动值较大,约为27.12%;最后进行振动分析,谐响应分析发现在2400Hz与4000Hz接近电机定子模态三、四阶固有频率,齿顶振动位移大,进一步得出两个频率成分的振动云图。
