Abstract:

Induction cooker creates much noise in use. In this paper, the noises of the induction cooker and the fan are tested. Combined with Matlab software, the time-domain test data are used to analyze the variation characteristics of the time-domain noise under different operating conditions. Combined with LMS Test. Lab software, the time-domain data are transformed into frequency-domain date to analyze the characteristics of noise spectrum in order to recognize the noise components. Especially when the cookware is suspended, the spectral analysis of the heating noise confirms the characteristics of the electromagnetic noise further. The noise variation characteristics caused by water boiling at different time periods are analyzed by comparing the noise spectra at different time points. According to the calculation of the proportion of acoustical power, the contributions of various noise components are obtained. These provide scientific basis on effectively controlling noise of induction cooker.

电磁炉在工作过程中会产生较大噪声。本文对电磁炉噪声进行测试,对噪声时域测试数据进行处理和对比,分析不同水位和不同工况下时域噪声信号的变化特点;对时域数据进行频谱变换,分析噪声频谱结构,识别噪声成分。电磁炉悬空加热噪声的频谱分析进一步证实电磁噪声的特点。将不同时间点的噪声频谱进行对比,分析水沸腾在不同时间段引起的噪声变化;通过声功率占比的计算求得各类噪声的贡献度。论文研究成果可为电磁炉噪声控制提供依据。
