风机盘管离心风机的CFD降噪分析与优化

Abstract:

There was a high noise problem of a certain fan-coil unit when it was operating. To solve the problem, the airside flow of the unit was analyzed based on CFD analysis method. Especially the internal flow characteristics of centrifugal fan were studied. Based on the analysis results, the centrifugal fan and the volute were redesigned. The effect of internal flow of centrifugal fan was improved obviously after optimization. It is shown from the experimental results that the noise value of the redesigned centrifugal fan is reduced by 4.7dB(A) than the original fan in the same air flow rate.

摘要:

为解决某风机盘管的离心风机在运行时噪声大的问题,本文基于CFD分析方法,对风机盘管机组空气侧进行流态分析,研究离心风机的内部流动特性,并基于分析结果重新设计风轮及蜗壳。经优化后的离心风机内部流态得到明显改善。将原始方案和优化方案进行试验验证,结果显示,新设计的离心风机在相同风量下的噪声值比原始风机下降4.7dB(A)。
