Analysis and Assessment of Vibration Energy Transmission of Fluid-filled Pipelines

充液管道能量传递途径及减振分析

Abstract: Solving the finite element equation for vibration analysis, the force and displacement responses of a fluid-filled pipeline are obtained. Using the solution, the power flow and energy distribution in the pipeline are gained. Then, pipeline vibration can be assessed quantitatively according to the energy. Taking the energy of the average length of the pipeline as the assessment parameter, the magnitudes of vibration of the pipeline with different constraint conditions are assessed quantitatively. Comparing the results with those of the traditional displacement-based assessment method, it is concluded that the energy-based assessment method proposed in this paper is more reasonable and accurate. The energy-based assessment parameter provides an effective theoretical base for vibration control of fluid-filled pipelines.

摘要: 通过有限元方程求出充液管道的力和位移响应,由力和位移响应求出管道系统的功率流及能量分布,从能量角度对管道振动进行定量的评估。从减少管道自身的振动出发,以管道平均长度的能量为评估值,定量地评估在采用不同的支承时管道的振动程度,并与传统的以管道振动位移为评估值的振动评估方法进行对比。结果表明,以能量作为评估值的方法比以位移作为评估值的方法更准确,可为管道系统的振动控制提供更为有效的理论依据。
