变摩擦阻尼方法的建模与实验分析

Abstract: Stating with passive vibration isolator adjusting the damping adaptively, a method based on variable friction damping has been developed to satisfy the vibration isolation requirement in the broadband frequency range. By considering the effect of the relative velocity between the friction contact surfaces with normal pressure, a non-linear friction model which can describe the friction force in this method has been proposed. Through the experimental design and investigation, the fitting capability of this model has been examined by parameter identification.

摘要: 考虑被动隔振系统自适应调整阻尼的技术措施,提出一种变摩擦阻尼方法;使隔振系统能近似地根据激振频率来改变自身阻尼,从而适应外界宽频激振。为了对此方法中的摩擦阻尼力建模,提出一种考虑了摩擦接触面间的相对速度与正压力影响的曲线摩擦模型。通过实验设计与研究,以参数辨识验证了此模型的拟合能力。
