某轻卡驾驶室振动测试分析与控制

摘要:  通过某轻卡样车驾驶室振动及其传递路径的分析,确定其振动是由动力总成悬置系统匹配不当所致。对动力总成悬置系统和车内的振动测试,可以判断振动的原因是动力总成悬置系统对发动机横向干扰激励的减振性能欠佳。采用改进后的悬置系统,该样车驾驶室的振动得到有效的控制,从而验证诊断的结论。

Abstract: Through vibration measurements and the analysis of vibration transmision pathes for the cab of a light truck it is shown that the vibration is attributed to suspension system problems, i. e. to say that vibration reduction property of the suspension system of its power train is not adequate for lateral vibration excitation. By using new modified suspension system the cab vibration is effectively controlled, and the analytical results of above have been verified.
