机场噪声标准评价量关系分析

Analysis and Comparison of Airport Noise Evaluation Standards

摘要:

飞机噪声评价方法的多元化反映了机场噪声问题的复杂性,我国采用计权等效连续感觉噪声级LWECPN,而国际上广泛采用昼夜等效声级Ldn。我国建筑室内噪声评价量采用的是等效声级Leq,与计权等效连续感觉噪声级难以横向比较。为了解决机场噪声影响区的噪声治理适用标准问题,首先对LWECPN、Ldn和Leq三者的内涵进行分析,通过实测数据分析LWECPN与另两个评价量之间的关系,证明LWECPN与Ldn之间在数值上存在13 dB的差距,给出LWECPN与相应的昼间和夜间等效声级Leq上限值的对应关系,并分析背景噪声对评价量的影响。

Abstract:

The diversity of aircraft noise evaluation method reflects the complexity of airport noise problem. The weighted equivalent continuous perceived noise level (LWECPN) is used in our country, and the day-night average sound level (Ldn) is widely used internationally. The equivalent sound level (Leq) is used as a indoor noise metric in China, which is difficult to compare with the weighted equivalent continuous perceived noise level. In order to solve the standard problem of noise control in airport noise impact area, the connotations of the above three are analyzed. The relationships between LWECPN and the other two metrics were analyzed by the measured data, It was proved that there is a 13dB between LWECPN and Ldn. The relationships between LWECPN and the corresponding daytime and nighttime equivalent sound level Leq were given. This paper further analyzes the influence of background noise on the evaluations finally.
