锯齿降噪结构在风力发电机组叶片上的应用

Research on the Application of Serrated Structure to  the Noise Reduction of Wind Turbine Blades

摘要:

基于IEC61400-11风力发电机组噪声测试标准,应用NI硬件和LabView软件搭建噪声测试系统,对某3.0 MW风力发电机组叶片加装锯齿降噪结构前后的噪声辐射值进行现场测试,通过对比4 m/s~8 m/s风速区间的测点噪声值和1/3倍频程频谱数据,研究锯齿结构在大型风力发电机组叶片上的应用效果。研究结果表明,在叶片上安装锯齿降噪结构可显著降低机组在5 m/s~6 m/s风速区间运行时的噪声,对高风速区间内的低频段噪声也有明显降噪效果。

Abstract:

Based on the noise test standard for wind turbine generator system of IEC61400-11, noise test system was built by NI hardware and LabView software to conduct field tests on acoustic emission value of a 3.0MW wind turbine generator system blade and that of adding serrated noise reduction structure. By comparing the noise value of measured point of the range of wind speed of 4-8m/s and data of 1/3 octave spectrum, research was conducted to obtain the effect of serrated structure applied on blades of large wind turbine generator system. The result shows that installing serrated structure on the blades can significantly reduce the noise when wind turbine was running in 5-6m/s wind speed range, and also has obvious noise reduction effect on low frequency noise in high wind speed range.
