The Polymer damping material with good structure damping characteristics plays a significant role in vibration and noise reduction. The dynamic modulus of viscoelastic material is usually characterized by its complex modulus which is of nonlinear behavior of variation with system frequency and environment temperature. The dynamic experiment of one polymer on test machine has been carried out. And the data of test have been fitted by fractional Kelvin model respectively. It is shown by experimental results that the  fractional Maxwell model could be used to simulate accurately the curve of variation of storage modulus and dissipation modulus of polymer with frequency. And this model is not only simple in form but also needs fewer parameters for calculation. The results offer a reference for practical application.
