Noise Source Identification of Mining Vehicle's Cabin

The noise in cabin of a domestic mining vehicle was far beyond the industry standard. Thus, according to the standard, the noise and vibration testing of the cabin was conducted. Utilizing the spectrum analysis, order tracking technique and theoretical analysis, the main noise sources and their frequency characteristics were identified. Some effective improvement strategies were proposed. Through the comparative analysis of the testing data of the improvement strategies, the correctness of the noise source identification methods were verified. The result of analysis provides a reference for the noise control of mining vehicles.
