In order to test the reliability of electronic components of automobiles, the vibration reliability testing is necessary. The fixture, which is used to clamp and fix the electronic components, is one of the most important components in the testing. The dynamic performance of the fixture has great influence on the vibration test. According to the appearance and the location of the electronic components, a threedimensional model of the fixture was constituted. The modal frequency and vibration modal were calculated using FEM. Due to the result of analysis, the structure of the fixture was amended. And its dynamic performance can meet the testing request after the amendment.
