The diesel propulsion system is be widely used in the dynamical system of the ship. The being vibration analysis of the drive system emphasizes particularly on the torsional vibration of the shafting. It is mostly aimed at the security of the shafting, while the effect of the structural vibration and the transfer and attenuation of the vibration energy following shafting are out of the consideration. The professional computational analysis method is short. In this paper, the researches of control technique about the structural vibration of the drive system were carried out using the elasticity couplings, rubber isolators and so on. Meantime, the virtual simulation calculation method about structural vibration of the flexible drive system was established based on the representative diesel propulsion system.
