Harmonic Analysis of Lateral Vibration of Floating Slab Track

The numerical model of the floating slab track (FST) lateral movement was established. Considering the torsional deformation of rail, the transverse displacement response as well as rail fasteners and steel spring supported force of rail head and FST excited by harmonic force were obtained. The results of numerical model were in agreement with the one obtained from the finite element model in ANSYS. Based on the harmonic response analysis to the numerical model under the different exciting force and the different supporting condition, the lateral movement status of the rail and EST in 0~500Hz frequency band were obtained.
