Waveform strategy based on frequency demultipcation with filter bank is an important category of speech processing strategies. This article took the continuous interleaved sampling approach (CIS) which is one of the waveform strategies, and proposed its simplified simulation model with simulink. According to the frequency range in Chinese and requirement of hardware implement，we imploved the key filter bank module. The validity and rationality of the model was confirmed by this model with simulation.
