A new method, which combines impedancemobility modeling method with matrix transmission modeling method, is presented for the study of activeflexible coupled isolation system. The mathematical model of flexible coupled isolation system is constructed, including isolated equipment, electromagnetic activepassive isolator, and flexible base. The linear quadratic Gaussian method (LQG) is applied to design the active controller of the isolation system. Simulation results show that this control method is effective.

Focusing on flexible coupled isolation system widely being in real engineering, a state space equation realization method is presented suitable for project control application. Aim at frequence characteristic of flexible coupled isolation system, least squares method, equation synthesis menthod and balanced truncation method are applied for obtaining state space equation in this paper. Obtained state space model provided a theoretical base for studying active control algorithm.
