Focusing on the deficiency of dynamic simulation for dynamic analysis of valve train of internal combustion engine , flexible multibody dynamic simulation for dynamic analysis of valve train of internal combustion engine is applied. First of all, the rigid body model is built through the software Pro/E,the multiflexible body dynamics model is built through the software ANSYS, which mesh and yield flexible body, such as flexible bodypushrod, flexiblebodyrocker and flexiblebodyvalve. And then, the valve trains flexible multibody simulation analysis is established by ADAMS/Engine. In the end, the valve trains flexible multibody dynamics analysis is carried out. The simulation results at different speed are given. The noise mechanical of valve train is analyzed. The method can describe dynamic characteristics of valve train more precisely and the simulation results are given as a more accurate boundary condition to analyze and predict the vibration and noise characteristics of the diesel engine in the future.
