The ground-borne vibration and noise induced by underground railway of 22 sensitive residential points was measured, where there is much complaint about the vibration and noise, so as to analyze the influence and correlation of underground railway’s ground-borne vibration and noise. According to the measured results and subsequent analysis, 1) the maximum ground-borne vibration level (VLZmax) of above measuring points is about 55dB~92dB, the frequency is concentrated between 40Hz~120Hz; 2) the maximum ground-borne noise level (LAmax) varies among different metro lines, and the increment is bigger within the range from 25Hz to 300Hz; 3) the attenuation of the ground-borne vibration and noise is fast within the bounds of 15 meters; 4) although the ground-borne noise is induced by the vibration, the correlation between vibration and noise is not so good, and the correlation coefficient changes with the difference of building structure, etc.
