Abstract: In the light of the active control of coupled vibration system between the multiple milling machines and the flexible foundation, the MIMO coupled isolation system test model is constructed. And on this base, the tasks completed by the Lab VIEW graphical programming software, including vibration signal acquisition, active vibration control and the control signal output. The optimal control method is applied to design the active controller of the isolation system. Test results show that this control method is effective.
摘要: 针对多台铣床与柔性基础耦合振动主动控制系统,分析多输入多输出耦合隔振系统试验模型,建立主动隔振系统的动态运动方程。在此基础上应用Lab VIEW图形化编程软件实现不同特性参数下振动控制。最后通过试验验证试验模型、数学模型及控制方法的正确性和有效性。 。最后通过试验证明了控制方法的有效性。
