Abstract: The Hubbard wind noise prediction model was applied for prediction of wind turbine generator noise. According to the measured noise data of domestic operating wind turbine sets, modification of parameter Ka, near field sound level correction in tower height’s distance and wind direction correction were proposed to improve prediction with Hubbard model. Comparison of calculated results by using modified Hubbard model with that of measurements from 3 wind power field showed that the modified Hubbard model had a better prediction accuracy for noise distribution in wind power field .

摘要: 采用Hubbard风电噪声预测模型对风电机组噪声进行预测计算。根据国内运营的风电机组噪声的实测数据,对Hubbard模型进行Ka系数的频谱修正、一倍塔距内近场声级修正以及风向修正。将修正后的Hubbard预测模型的风电场噪声分布预测结果与三个风电场的实测结果进行比较,分析结果表明,修正后的Hubbard模型具有更好的预测准确性,能更好反映风电场近、远场噪声分布情况。
