具有参数摄动的复杂柔性耦合隔振系统建模

Modeling of Complicated Flexible Coupled Isolation System Based on Parameter Perturbation

摘要: 针对目前复杂柔性隔振系统的数学模型与实际隔振系统之间存在的差异,将阻抗/导纳方法和矩阵传递法相结合,建立包括被隔离设备、多个电磁式主被动一体隔振器和柔性基础在内的复杂柔性耦合系统的状态空间模型。将相对于名义模型中隔振系统参数的变化量以虚拟回路增益的方式引入模型,建立具有参数摄动的隔振系统数学模型。在此基础上,通过矩阵变换的形式,推导出反映模态频率不确定的参数摄动的隔振系统模型,直观反映系统模态阻尼和模态频率的变化,为下一步复杂柔性耦合隔振系统的鲁棒控制器的设计提供依据。

Abstract: Focusing on the difference between mathematical model and actual system, the state-space model of flexible coupled isolation system is constructed by combining impedance-mobility modeling method with matrix transmission modeling method. The state-space model takes account of equipment for isolation, multi-active isolation mounts integrated with passive isolation part and flexible base. The mathematical model of flexible coupled isolation system with parameter perturbation is build up. In the model, parameter changes relative to nominal model are introduced by virtual loop gain method. By matrix transformation, the isolation model reflecting the system modal damping changes and modal frequency changes is deduced, which provides a basis for robust controller design next step.
