A tire model which has lateral pattern groove was established by virtual of ABAQUS software and extracting the deformation curve of one groove's surface in the simulation process. A single groove and its ambient air field were established, loading the deformation displacement on the groove's surface. By means of FSI method, pumping noise was simulated with changing tire's velocity, pressure, load and friction coefficient. The results show that the SPL of noise increases as tire velocity increases, the SPL of noise increases as load increases, the SPL of noise increases as pressure changes, the SPL of noise doesn't change significantly as friction coefficient increasing. It shows that FSI method is feasible in analyzing tire pumping noise.
