《摩托车发动机缸头异响的监测方法研究》

摘要: 针对摩托车发动机缸头异响振动信号,使用时域统计函数计算各个循环内的异响特征值;通过与正常发动机频谱对比,找到了异响的特征频率;利用阶次分析研究了正常与异响发动机振动信号的能量分布,以及它们各阶次的能量差异。分析结果表明,三种方法能够正确识别缸头异响。

Abstract: Aiming at the vibration signals of abnormal sound from cylinder's head of motorcycle engine, characteristic values of the abnormal sound of each cycle are computed in timedomain using statistical functions. Comparing these characteristic values with the frequency spectrum of the normal engine, the characteristic frequency of the abnormal sound is found. Through the order analysis, the energy distributions of both normal and abnormal vibration signals of engines are studied. And the energy differences of the vibration signals of various orders are analyzed. The results show that these methods can identify abnormal sound of the cylinders head effectively.
