变速器输出端起步粘滑异响分析与改进措施

Analysis of Stick-slip Induced Abnormal Click Noise at Transmission Output End and  the Corresponding Improvement Measures

摘要:

通过对某车型在起步过程中出现“咔哒”异响现象进行分析,最终确定起步异响是由于变速器输出轴内端面与联轴器接触端面粘滑振动诱发产生。根据接触结构特点理论计算了粘滑发生可能性并建立简化物理模型分析粘滑运动模式。同时也分析了与异响问题相关结构特点对异响的影响因素并提出多种工程化控制因素,最终采用在接触面间添加特制减摩垫圈改变接触结合界面动态摩擦特性的方法有效解决了该车型起步异响问题。目前,国内外对传动系统中的粘滑问题研究较少,本文研究成果对后续车型开发设计中类似问题的规避具有重要指导意义。

Abstract:

Through the investigation and analysis of an automobile "clicking" abnormal phenomenon in the process of launch and ultimately determine the launch click noise occurred in the gearbox output shaft inner surface which was induced by the stick-slip vibration. Calculating the possibility of the occurrence of stick-slip according to the actual structure characters and a simplified physical model is established. Besides, the influence of relating parts to the "clicking" noise was also been discussed and put forward some kinds of control measurements coping with the noise. Finally we change dynamic friction property via adding special washer into the contact interface to minimize the friction change degree during the transfer process from static friction to dynamic friction in order to promise transfer process smoothly and solve the launch "click" noise eventually. At present, there is no much researches about slick-slip of transmission system at home and aboard, so the fruit of this paper have significant guideline to avoid the similar problem occur during the design process of other vehicles later.
