机场周边既有住宅建筑降噪隔声改造设计及应用研究

摘要:

针对机场周边既有住宅建筑及其声环境的特点,综合考虑住宅室内声环境要求及建筑结构安全性,结合实际工程案例分析机场周边既有住宅建筑降噪隔声改造的关键技术,包括门窗隔声性能试验及选型、阳台加固、小区综合环境治理等。噪声实测和后评估分析表明,改造后住宅室内声环境已经达标,居民的居住环境和舒适度也有较大提高,有关结论对今后既有住宅建筑降噪隔声改造具有一定参考价值。

Abstract:

Based on the characteristics of acoustic environment and existing residential buildings around airport, the key technologies of sound-insulation reconstruction for the existing residential buildings combined with the actual engineering case are analyzed, which are considering the requirements of residential indoor acoustic environment and building structure safety. The key steps include the sound insulation performance test and the selection of the entrance door and window, structure reinforcement of the balcony and comprehensive renovation of the residential environment. According to the indoor noise measurementresult and the Post Occupancy Evaluation after the reconstruction, the indoor noise meets the limit requirements and the comfort of the living environment have been greatly improved. Therefore the proposed sound-insulation reconstruction technologies can provide as the reference for the similar projects.
