船舶振动ISO 20283-5新标准研究

Research of New Ship Vibration Standard of ISO 20283-5

摘要:

目前,船舶振动标准越来越严格,而我国船舶企业对振动控制的关注程度还不够。2016年12月提出的新振动评价标准给我国船舶建造水平带来严峻挑战,对船舶企业产生重大影响。将新制定的振动标准ISO 20283-5 : 2016(E)与当前振动标准ISO 6954 : 2000(E)进行深入对比,讨论新旧标准的差异,并用新旧标准对实船试航结果进行评估,结果表明目前我国船舶建造水平还不能完全满足新标准的要求。船舶设计与建造人员需要对新标准进行仔细研究,才能提高我国的造船水平,使我国成为真正的世界一流船舶强国。

Abstract:

The shipbuilding enterprises of our country do not pay enough attention to vibration control now, although the ship vibration standard is getting higher. In December 2016, the new vibration standard was formulated. This new standard poses a significant challenge to shipbuilding capability and has a great impact on shipbuilding enterprises in our country. In this paper, the new vibration standard ISO 20283-5:2016(E) is compared to old vibration standard ISO 6954:2000(E). The differences between these two standards are investigated. In addition, the trial results of the vehicle are evaluated based on new and old standard, respectively. The results indicate that the shipbuilding capability of our country cannot meet the new vibration standard. The ship designers and builders still need to study the new vibration standard in order to improve the shipbuilding capability of our country and make our country become world-leading shipbuilding power.
