磁流变弹性体动力吸振器的实验

Experiment of Dynamic Vibration Absorbers Made of Magneto-rheological Elastomer Material

摘要:

针对船舶轴系纵向振动控制展开研究。结合智能材料磁流变弹性体结构特点,提出一种新型动力吸振器结构--磁流变弹性体动力吸振器 (MRE-DVA)—的思想,通过利用磁流变弹性体的刚度可调特性设计一种新型的宽频吸振器,实现变转速工况下对船舶轴系纵向振动的有效控制。加工相应的轴系半主动控制吸振器,并进行移频效应测试试验,验证利用磁流变弹性体流变特性设计动力吸振器的构想,从而为推进轴系的纵向振动控制提供理论和工程依据。

Abstract:

Researches of longitudinal vibration control on ship propelling shaft system are carried out. In this article, ideas about the structure design of new-type dynamic vibration absorber are put forward based on the characteristics of the smart material magneto-rheological elastomers (MRE-DVA). A method of exploiting the stiffness adjustable characteristic of MRE to realize the effective control of the longitudinal vibration of the ship shafting system under variable operating conditions is developed and presented in detail. Semi-active control absorber apparatus for the shaft system is processed and then test its natural frequency change performance. Experimental results agree well with the theoretical analysis, which are of directive significance for the engineering design and application of the dynamic vibration absorber.
