某SUV汽车油门踏板振动原因分析与解决

Cause Analysis of Vibration of an SUV Accelerator Pedal and Its Solution Strategy

摘要:

汽车油门踏板是一种与驾驶员接触频繁的机构,提高其振动舒适性有利于行车安全。针对某SUV油门踏板振脚问题,应用道路车内振动测试、底盘测功机车内振动测试、模态测试等手段逐一排查激励源、传递路径、响应分析,运用CAE手段分析油门踏板安装点动刚度,发现IPI曲线上有异常峰值,油门踏板安装支架加强后,异常峰值消失,油门踏板振动幅值降低1.4 m/s2,主观评价脚麻感消失,最终通过优化油门踏板安装支架问题得以解决。

Abstract:

Acceletator Pedal of the vehicle is a mechanism used frequently by drivers, its comfort relates to driving safety. In this paper, problems in source、path、response were inspected by interior vibration test on road、interior vibration test on chassis dynamometer、modal test .dynamic stiffness of Acceletator Pedal's installation point was simulated by CAE, some abnormal peak values were found on IPI curve, and they disappear after strengthening the installation bracket. The test result showed that the amplitude of acceletator pedal was extremely reduced by 1.4m/s2 and subjective appraised that the vibration was eliminated. Finally the defects in the vibration were removed by optimizing installation bracket.
