超大型散货船总振动计算及动力响应预报与控制

Vibration Response Prediction and Control of a  Super Large Bulk Carrier

摘要:

采用有限元法对209000 DWT Newcastle-Max型散货船的船体梁振动特性和上层建筑在主机激励下的强迫振动响应进行数值分析。重点研究船体梁振动力学模型建模、主机机架振动计算和不平衡力矩加载等关键技术,对典型减振装置——平衡补偿器和顶部支撑的减振效果进行评估。计算表明,该船采取的减振措施效果显著,振动性能满足ISO 6954的振动评价标准。

Abstract:

A finite element method was used to do numerical analysis of overall vibration characteristic and forced vibration response induced by main engine exciting force of a 209000DWT Newcastle-Max type bulk carrier in this paper. Some key technologies were discussed, such as vibration analysis mechanical model,main engine frame vibration calculation and exciting force applied method. The vibration reduction effects of balance compensator and top bracing were evaluated. The results indicate that the vibration characteristic of this ship meets the requirement of ISO 6954 after using the vibration reduction method.
