成都地铁轨道GJ-III型减振扣件振动控制效果分析

Experimental Study on Track Vibration Control Using GJ-III Rail Fastening System in Chengdu Metro

摘要:

城市轨道交通的振动和噪声问题越来越引起人们的重视,因此控制轨道交通噪声和振动是改善乘客舒适性和环境保护的重要课题。在轨道交通区段采取相应的轨道减振降噪措施,有效地减小列车运行引起的振动。针对成都地铁一号线现场测试比较DTVI2型普通扣件、GJ-I型轨道减振器和GJ-III型双层非线性减振扣件三种轨道扣件系统的动态特性及在正常运营条件下轨道动态变形及振动水平。结果表明GJ-III型扣件符合设计标准,满足列车运行安全要求,GJ-III型扣件相对DTVI2型普通扣件的减振效果可达10.1 dB,减振效果显著,达到振动环保要求。

Abstract:

With the developments of economy, environmental protection on vibration and noise is becoming a more and more important issue. Therefore the control of traffic noise and vibration is an important subject to improve passenger comfort and to satisfy environmental requirements. In order to decrease the vibration and its propagation caused by the running train, it is necessary to implement some measures of low track vibration system. This paper describes the testing and analysis method for track dynamic deflection and track vibration, and the comparison of dynamic deflection and vibration levels of track with three rail fastening systems under normal service trains on Chengdu Metro Line one. These rail fastening systems are standard baseplate type DTVI2, Cologne Egg type GJ-I and double resilient layers GJ-III fastener. The measurements show that the GJ-III fastener has met the safety and design requirements, and the track vibration reduction over 10.1 dB compared with the standard DTVI2 fastening system.
