高速曳引电梯噪声研究综述

Summary of the Noise Research of High-speed Traction Elevators

摘要:

 随着电梯运行速度的不断提高,噪声已成为影响乘坐舒适性的重要指标。机械噪声和气动噪声是高速曳引电梯噪声的主要噪声源。机械噪声的研究主要集中在结构振动特性以及轿厢、对重与导轨、钢丝绳间的摩擦等方面;气动噪声的研究主要围绕以下三个方面:一是轿厢外形结构对气动噪声的影响,二是对不同频段噪声采取的降噪技术与措施,三是电梯系统动力学模型的优化设计。通过综合分析高速电梯噪声研究的现状,探讨了高速曳引电梯噪声研究领域存在的问题和发展趋势。

Abstract:

With the continuous improvement of high-speed traction elevator speed, noise has become an important index of ride comfort. Vibration noise and aerodynamic noise are the main sources of elevator noise. The research of vibration noise mainly focus on the reduce of the resonance,the friction between elevator cars and counterweight and guide rails and wire rope. The researches of aerodynamic noise mainly include the following three aspects: first, the research of the elevator cars’shape on the effects of aerodynamic noise; Second, the research of noise reduction technology on different noise bands; Third, the research of elevator system dynamics model’s optimal design. Based on the analysis of high-speed elevator noise research, we investigate the research trends of the high-speed traction elevator noise.
