振动监测技术在旋转机械故障诊断中的应用

摘要:

随着旋转设备结构复杂程度的提高,其故障发生的几率也随之增加,对故障检测技术要求更高。通过对机械设备振动信号的分析判断故障特征及部位,是旋转机械故障诊断主要手段。文章首先对振动监测技术的原理及典型振动故障的表现形式进行介绍,并利用振动监测技术,举例说明振动监测技术在旋转机械故障诊断中的应用。

Abstract:

With the increasing complex structure of rotating machinery, the failure probability is increasing, so higher requirements for the fault detection technology occurring. The vibration monitoring technology is a main method of fault diagnosis, it judges fault characteristics and position with analysis of the vibration signals of mechanical equipment.Firstly, the principle of vibration monitoring technology and the typical vibration faults are introduced in this article, and using of vibration monitoring technology to illustrate application of vibration monitoring technology in fault diagnosis for rotating machinery.
