矿用汽车抗性消声器性能及参数分析

Performance Research and Parameter Analysis of Resistance Mufflers of Mineral Trucks

摘要: 针对不同类型的矿用汽车为消声器的预留空间不同,分别讨论长径比、扩张比、穿孔率、内插管长等参数对抗性消声器的选型影响。利用SIDLAB软件对各参数组合下的抗性消声器的传递损失和压力损失分别进行计算。研究表明:上述参数的变化对最大消声量、去除通过频率都有较大影响,穿孔管消声器能够达到理想的消声效果,当一端内插扩张腔长度的1/2,另一端内插1/4时,效果最佳。针对某290 t矿用汽车为消声器的预留空间的特点,通过压力损失和传递损失比较,为该矿用汽车设计了适宜的消声器。

Abstract: According to the different types of mine truck reserved different space for muffler, respectively discussed the different parameters:Length to diameter ratio、Expansion ratio、Perforation rate、Intubation length effect to resistance muffler selection. Under different parameters, transmission loss and the pressure loss was calculated by using SIDLAB software. It was showed that: the change of parameters have a great impact on the maximum amount of noise reduction, removal passing frequency, perforated tube muffler can achieve the most ideal silencing effect. When one interpolation is the half of expansion cavity length, the other interpolation 1/4 can achieve the best effect. For a 290T mine car muffler reserved space characteristics, through the pressure loss and transmission loss comparison, selected a suitable muffler.
