层递分析的汽车噪声治理方法

摘要: 针对汽车噪声问题,提出基于层递分析的噪声治理流程,根据噪声源产生的原因、传递路径及产生的结果分为三个层次,第一个层次对激励源进行分析,然后根据激励源所对应的传递路径进行第二层次的分析,最后根据产生的结果进行第三层次的分析,该方法层次明确、过程清晰,能有效地解决汽车噪声问题。最后针对一辆样车的车内噪声问题,运用该方法进行详细分析,实例结果表明该方法行之有效。

Abstract: A step analysis based noise control process is presented in the paper . According to the causes of noise sources, transmission paths and the result the process is divided into three levels, first level is analysis of the excitation source, and according to the excitation the corresponding transmission path come to the second level of analysis, then from the final result the third level of analysis is presented. The process has the character of clear and good operation. At last, with the method a car interior problem is solved, and from the result it can be known the method is efficient.
