飞机液压管路支撑的2自由度动力学模型研究

Study on Two DOF Dynamic Model of Aircraft’s Hydraulic Pipeline Supports

摘要:

针对飞机吊挂区域“机体结构-支撑组件-液压管路”机械振动系统中的支撑组件,在其承受动载荷作用时对其动刚度及加速度导纳进行有限元分析;基于经典隔振理论,将机体结构视为弹性体,考虑支撑组件质量、阻尼及刚度,建立以机体结构振动为激励源、液压管路为振动受体的管路支撑组件两自由度物理模型,采用四端参数法推导支撑组件的位移/力传递率,对位移传递率的影响因素进行分析。结果表明,影响支撑组件隔振性能的主要因素是刚度参数,其不仅影响位移传递率曲线的幅值,同时导致峰值产生频移;而支撑组件的质量参数和结构阻尼参数主要对曲线幅值存在不同程度的影响。分析及结论将对飞机液压管路系统的减振及提高系统性能和寿命具有一定参考价值。

Abstract:

For the Support component in the mechanical vibration system consist of airframe structure, support component and hydraulic line of aircraft pylon area, the dynamic stiffness and acceleration admittance are analyzed by finite element method. Based on the classical vibration isolation theory, the airframe structure is considered as an elastomer, and the quality, damping and rigidity of the support component are taken into account. A two degree of freedom physical model of pipeline support assembly with vibration of airframe structure as excitation source and hydraulic pipeline as vibration receptor is established. The displacement and force transmissibility of the support component is deduced by using the four-pole parameters analysis method, and the influencing factors of displacement transmissibility are analyzed. The results show that the stiffness parameters are main factor affecting vibration isolation performance of the support component, which not only affects the amplitude of the displacement transfer rate curve, but also leads to the peak frequency shift. While the quality parameters and the structural damping parameters of the support component have different degrees of influence on the amplitude of the curve. This will be of some reference value to the vibration reduction of aircraft hydraulic pipeline system and to improve the performance and life of the system.
